When will my order ship?
Orders take 2 to 3 business days to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Special orders take about 10–12 days.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Whether it’s a local drop-off or rush order shipping, we can work with you on special delivery requests.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, UPS delivers it in 7 to 10 business days, so please allow about 9 to 13 business days from your order to your door. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Delivery is $35 for orders under $400, and free on orders over $400.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Signatures are required for items over $1000. Please note that for items $1000 or under, a signature may still be required at the carrier’s discretion.
Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, visit the My Orders page of your Bijoux Affair account, or your shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified online.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After completing your purchase you will receive:
- an order confirmation email
- a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Shop Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

Can I customize or special order a piece?
Yes. Some designs can be customized or recreated, especially if a piece you love is no longer available.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Because our gemstones are natural, each stone is unique and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and appearance from the photos due to natural variations and lighting.
All gemstones, pearls, and crystals are carefully selected to ensure your jewelry remains beautiful and treasured for years to come.
What size are the bracelets?
Our women’s gemstone bead stretch bracelets are made to an inner circumference of approximately 6.5 inches.
Our men’s gemstone stretch bracelets are made to an inner circumference of approximately 7.5 inches.
All sizes can be custom fit as a special order.
Gift selection & packaging
Whether you’re shopping for a gift for yourself or someone else, our concierge will recommend styles or help with custom sizing, and beautifully wrap it in our signature packaging.
Jewelry care
Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product.
Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair and cleaning products.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales on BijouxAffair.com are final. However, we want you to love your piece for years to come.
You will be able to exchange it for an item of the same or lower price, and the shipping cost will be on us.
